If the card has been detected effectively, the LED lamp has been lit, the EN pin output has been low, but the serial port outputs a valid data. Remove the card after the lights go out, the pins return to high and continue to send the card number to re-swipe.
The serial output of the module for TTL level, if needed and the computer is directly connected, customers need to connect a TTL-RS232 level devices such as the MAX232 chip.
